When booking a session at The Crowsnest you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing unconditionally on behalf of the artist/band to abide by The Crowsnest terms and conditions as detailed below.
Booking a session
Session bookings, times and dates are subject to availability and approval from The Crowsnest. The Crowsnest reserves the right to refuse and reschedule any confirmed bookings. Bookings are made by the following methods only.
Payment can be made with cash or PayPal. It is the responsibility of the artist to cover the cost of each session in full either in advance or on the day of the session. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings within 48 hours of placing a hold on a date and time. A hold is forefitted when a deposit is not received within the 48 hour time frame. This deposit is non refundable or transferable. The remainder of the session bill should be paid in full on the day of your session. No Call/No shows that have paid deposit will result in loss of monies and session time, non refundable.
24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session; this includes weekends and bank holidays. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, full payment will be required to book further sessions. No Call/No shows that have paid deposit will result in loss of monies and session time, non refundable. Cancellations as a result of adverse weather conditions such as (i.e. significant snow fall) will be rescheduled.
You must park in the driveway or the street. Do not park on grass or drive on yard.
Breakages and damages to equipment
Any damage caused to Crowsnest equipment due to misuse and abuse will be charged to the artist/band/individual. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and prosecution as necessary. If an item of equipment is damaged and not working properly at the beginning of your session, please contact owner.
Personal items/lost property
Please ensure that you take all of your belongings with you when you leave. The Crowsnest is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.
Artists are allowed a maximum of 2 guests total during sessions. The Crowsnest must be given 24 hr notice when requesting a guest. Artist must get approval from The Crowsnest prior to showing up with additional guests. All guests must sign the artist's contract and are equally held to the terms and conditions of that contract.
*Guest is defined as someone not participating in a session. IE... Girlfriends, boyfriends, your Uncle Lester.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside The Crowsnest building. If you leave the building to smoke, please ensure that you are a safe distance from the building and that your cigarettes butts are disposed of appropriately.
You are permitted to bring your own food, some beverages are complimentary of The Crowsnest; however, No food or Drink is to be placed on any of the equipment owned by The Crowsnest under any circumstances. Please store your food and drink in the lounge area located outside the rehearsal room. Any damage caused to equipment due to spillages and negligence with food and drink will be charged as per our damages policy above. Please help keep The Crowsnest clean by placing any rubbish/recyclable in the proper receptaclel bins provided.
